Wire near passenger lights

Is this a factory wire? If so any ideas what it goes to?

Rear Antilock Brakes System. If you've already deleted it, then you don't need the wire.

Rear Anti-lock Braking System...

I have the same wire on a Ranger...and when it works loose...the ABS light comes on...

One aspect of my PM on the Ranger is to check connections...

I haven't deleted it but the previous owner might have, the anti lock light on the dash is on all the time

Try running it to ground and see if the light will eventually go out...
