Will a 96 bed fit a 2002

One of my dually fenders was damaged in a parking lot back in June. Have tried to find just a fender but salvage yards want over $1,000.00 for just the fender. Found this bed on E-bay and am thinking of getting it if it will fit a 2002 Long Bed .

only diff tween the yrs 94-02 is the plastic trim piece,,,,,or lack of. i see a lot of beds around. heck,,,,,,,they want a lot for 1 fender ata slvage yrd. they only gave me 800 for my last bed,brand new off the lot. other place offered me 400
