White smoke/rough idle

I have a94 7.3 idi turbo. Rough idle, blows white smoke, has a tick coming from driver side. Had a compression done. Was told #6 was low. Shop said scrap motor but don't wanna do that. Any suggestions would help greatly. Thanks in advance. Motor has 264k injectors supposedly have bout 3k. Lift pump replaced same timme as injectors.

Advance your timing a dime width and see if the smoke goes away. How low was 6?

It's been a few months since He told me, but if i remember correctly, was round 150ish.

That’s pretty bad. You’ll probably be drinking a lot of oil
