Whats a rebuilt engine worth

If I do the swap what would my rebuilt engine with less than 30k on it be worth with an ats system on it. I'm thinking it would be hard to recover the $2k i've got in parts and machining any opinions?

Engine and turbo included under 30k I would ask $3500+.

I paid $2500 plus shipping 1500 miles 3 years ago for my Jasper low-mileage non turbo 7.3. Not sure just how low the mileage was but the paint was still unburnt on the exhaust ports. Then I had the truck towed to Oklahoma on its trailer 900 miles.
