What transfer case do I have?

Anyone know what transfer case I would have? 94' F-350. Manual transmission, Manual transfer case

Since he brought it up, are they generally pretty tough and well liked?

I've noticed that the 1356 holds up just fine as long as you don't downshift into the lower gears at high RPMs. There's plenty of parts around for them and the case itself is plentiful since the 1356 was used in half tons and Broncos as well. Yes, they are decently tough and I like the ones I've had well enough..

One of the weak points is the way the internal pump is anchored. If it comes loose it spins and no more pump. On the plus side their very simple to open up and repair.
