What size O rings are used on the fuel return lines? Under the caps.

McMaster-Carr has them and they are size #111. They have pretty good prices, but their shipping is pretty high. If you have anything else that you want to order, make it all one order so you'll feel better about paying for the shipping.

Go on Mcmaster-carr and you can buy a bag of 50 of the "O" Rings for the
Injectors. You don`t always need to buy a whole new return kit.
Viton "O" Rings size 111.

Always good to have them on hand. Sometimes messing around on the engine, if you move a
Injector cap etc... it can start to leak, IDK why, just the way it is.

If one needs replaced, best to just do the whole side. Pull them off, clean up the Injector tops,
grease them up, slide on the first ring, then slide the 2nd one over the first one. Place all 4 caps
on as an assembly, and snap them down. Should be good to go.

I second the O-Ring size. But I think I got Viton rings from Amazon. It's been a while though:

EDIT: You're other option is to just reach out @typ4 since he is a member here and specializes in IDI injection and turbo parts (among other things).
