What is a good exhaust size to run

I have used magnaflow mufflers and they seem to sound pretty good. I made a custom exhaust system for a 77 f250 with a pre smog 302. I used headers for a mustang, 2.5'' pipe into a crossover pipe and dual strait magnaflow that go out in front of the passenger tire. it sounds bad ass for a SBF. I do not run ANY mufflers on my truck and I think it sounds good. some people say it sounds like a 6.0.

1991 f-350 7.3 CCLB, e4od, DRW, 4x6, 4.10 limited slip, BANKS SIDEWINDER TURBO, moose junior pump, moose misters, typ4 cam, early PSD radiator, custom flatbed/dump bed, utility box or as some say Mexican sleeper attached to cab, custom rear wheels to fit 285/75r16, custom dual exhaust with 5" stacks.

lots of other cars and trucks but there all gassers.

i see that you do have a muffler

I'm running one of these. They are a very high quality stainless, sound good (deep), and are a little quieter than a bullet muffler

Those are nice. Always wanted to try one. Almost called them up to make a exhaust for my powerstroke.
