Were all T19's geared the same?

My bro is going to pay an old time tranny mechanic to swap the 4x4 parts into the 2x4 tranny.
But we just need to make sure all the gears are the same in all of them before we try to put the 4x4 output in the 2x4 tranny.

Okey dokey,
Well its out of the same year (1983) truck with the same engine (6.9 diesel) so from what I understand it is the same. So all we have to have done is swapping the output gear/shaft for the 4x4 version.

Yes the gearing should be the same.
