I just did mine, from what I gather outside dia 1.390
seat pressure 80lbs open pressure 200lbs
installed heights are different exhaust>> 1.833 intake>> 1.767
It calls for 200lbs at 1.397
I used a new set of springs with some more pressure, I have 110lbs on the seat and 240 open
I dont have any notes in front of me I will recheck the installed hieghts and correct them if I am off in the next few days.

Wish I could make it easy for ya and give you a part number, but not now I cant.
I picked up a set of 351W Ford heads that were rebuilt for marine use, they had all new parts and somebody spent some money on junk heads, the valve springs were new and I compared them to my IDI springs and it was a match.
I can find out what they are I will just need a little time.
The application above 351W stock replacment valve spring but performance application, NO exhaust rotators.
I will post more info soon.

the OEM spring has a 1.260 solid height and the one you like has a 1.150.
Usually setting up valve springs you like to keep the coil bind clearence no tighter than .060 and no more than .100
so using OEM installed height 1.833 with your spring you would have .683 worth of spring travel, We only have .400 worth of valve lift plus .060 gives you .460 needed for spring travel leaving you with .223 worth of coil bind clearence.
making this tighter will improve spring life and engine performance also
