Truck wont start. Fuel pump?

As was previously mentioned, if you have smoke at the tailpipe, your problem is not fuel. What you lack is heat. You may THINK your glow plugs are working, but I would challenge you to prove it to yourself.

If Agnem says check the GP's then I am checking the GP's. As much as some of you know about these trucks it puts the engineers of them to shame. I will have the timing checked at the GP's checked at the same time. I will report back what I find.
