This time for my nephew

Hey all... my Nephew has a 2004 3500 5.9...

It just recently died on him and won't start... kind of like a CPS on a ford...

anyways he's thinking it's fuel related because when he drained the fuel bowl it won't refill...

Is there something specific that I can tell him... like where to look and things to diagnose it further... Could it be a fuse... I haven't asked him yet but will try that next...

Well never mind...

It turns out it was his lift pump had failed...

He took down to the dealer and they got it running for him...
