If you've never seen a practically new turbo before, here's pics of whats now wmoguy's 093 system that I just sold him.

He had me tare it down and ceramic coat the exhaust side, so there's a few pics of it torn down, but I think Jeff was happy with his purchase.

On an angle plate at work so I could remove a broken bolt.

Hey Jeff! Thanks! Let me tell you what, I now understand why it costs so much to have a turbo torn down and ceramic coated. lol I could never make money at it. I probably had 16-20hrs in tearing down, coating, and re assembling that turbo. lol But hey it was good practice for me and now I'm confident I can ceramic coat anything.

You need to put a bunch of high temp never seize on the turbine socket and bolts. ,, looks great.

Yea I hope he thinks its worth it. I went through the trouble of making sure he had everything there to bolt it on as it came from ATS. It had all new gaskets, orings and grommets.

The 3" outlet housing is no longer available from ATS from how I understand it. Any good machine shop with a good welder could turn a stock one into the 3" one though.
