The Weak Headlight Issue

I would upgrade the headlight wiring first it really is pretty simple and cheap and makes a world of difference. a buddy of mine bought some bulbs like that and they were dim compared to my normal halogens with upgraded wiring. Now i have a set of silverstar ultra premiums which dont have the "cool" blue look but i can see for a ways prob about 2x as far when i hit the brights compared to the old wiring and normal lights.

Guys, I think he is talking about the wiring harness further down, The answer to your question is yes.

Yeah, thats what i was talking about. Sorry about not making it more clear. I read in the tech section that the stock wiring was weak and saw that harness, i will most likly get some of those bulbs too because ill be doing the clear turn signals but i was linking that page for the harness.

I wish LMC had european headlights for the 87-91 style.. i cant find any glass lenses. my plastics cleaned up good but have a few hairline cracks :eek:
