stock head/KDD flow charts and head choice

does anybody have a stock head flow chart i really am trying to decide between these two heads

and also what are your opinions which head should i get i just need to know the charts and which one you guys think is best for longevity and power

not to super late to the party but i took my heads off studded the motor and put them right back on. unless there is sever cracking like huge crack id run the one you got
