Yes, if it is sucking air before the lift pump and it gets worse. Maybe you should consider installing a electric fuel pump. Also check the bleed off hose from the filter head down to the injector cap
If this happen right after You changed the fuel caps and o-rings then You have no sited the caps all the way IN. You can put some grease or Vaseline on the rings and then use a long socket and small hammer to punch them IN just a small firm tap so they sit right.
did it before the caps and o-rings. i'm trying to fix it when i can. started with the fuel filter, then caps and o rings. just replaced the hose from feul line to lift pump. it's a work in progress 4 me
Ok then You just remove the fuel hoses or inspect them for any cracks then You check the fuel tank selector o-rings and the ones at the fuel tanks if possible (front is easier than rear) that should take care of it.
