Techs;
I'm considering the installation of wheel spacers to improve
stability while towing {20,000 LB. GCW} with my SMB RB15 E350SD.
Some have also suggested dual rear wheels.
There is also the possibility of rear anti-sway [roll] bar.
Perhaps higher quality heavy duty, [Bilstein, Rancho etc.], shocks.
Then there's: www.activesuspension.com
Maybe a combination of these.
Positives/negatives?
Warranty concerns??
Any advice???

If you want to go dually, a really good reason for it is the safety of having a backup tire if you get a blowout. It could save your bacon if you are towing a heavy trailer.

A rear sway bar is good.

Air bags are an excellent addition. Levels out the vehicle with heavy loads,
eliminates ass-dragging and differences in left-to-right ride height. Most of our vehicles are low on the left, maybe because of the front fuel tank being on the left.

In order to maintain proper camber/caster, you have to have a level vehicle when loaded.

You may need a load-equalizing hitch for heavy trailer hauling.
