Hey guys got the turbo off the truck right now and the rubber gasket between the snail shell and the intake is all chewed up. Where is the best place to get one?

I heard that it was the same size as the carb to cleaner gasket on a gm with a quadrajet. Someone will verify that for sure...

The Carb gasket will work, is it correct? No. Its a cardboard material, not made for pressurized systems. Get the correct rubber oring for it and you wont regret it. I have one left from the last batch I had made, if you're intersted PM me. Mine are made out of Viton material, and to be honest will probably outlive the truck.

Grainger stocks o-rings in every size you could want. I needed a thicker one to compensate for a warped snail shell, so got a 4 7/8" oring in a 1/4" dia. viton rubber and it fits like a glove. May be too thick for a stock turbo application, but it is another source to look into...
