Hello, thanks to everyone earlier reparding the fuel pump removal, very easy with a little guidance.

No for the reinstall. The old pump did not have a gasket but did have silicone.

I have a new paper gasket.

Should I use just the paper gasket, gasket and silicone or just silicone?

Thanks in advance.

What Brad said! Holds the gasket in place while silicone will make it "slippery" so to speak.

Finally, someone that gets it.;Sweet

LOL...I was an engine machinist for many years, saw that stuff cause all kinds of problems and the thought that if a little is good, a lot must be better always cracked me up! Amazing where and how much of that stuff some will use.
