who makes the best shift kit for the e4od. and how hard are they to put in?

I personally think the Transgo is a great kit.
It is easy to do for the most part and you can custom tune the shifts....

Sonnax kit is good. Easy to install.Drop the pan and play with some springs. This will firm up the shifts.
If you want to go a little more Transgo Tugger kit is the way to go.This is more involved if you want all the benefits.Tranny removal will be required. 
You can't go wrong with either kit. Just depends on how much work you want to do.
