Seat removal?

How much of a PITA is it to remove the seats in a Crew Cab Superduty? When my new floor comes in I'm going to have to gut the interior to install it and I'm wondering if I can do it myself or if I should have help for this job. The back seat seems like it's more bulky than heavy and so could be "interesting" but not impossible to get in place by myself.

Another set of hands will make the job far easier. You right it's not heavy it's just so bulky that two sets of hands are needed.
