Can I scan for codes even thought the truck wont start? I need to find out what is wrong with my budies 03 7.3. It died going down the road last week then started after a short sit and died again after less than a mile and had to be towed home. Now It dosent even fire. I changed out the cam postion sensor and the flywheel and starter and it changed nothing. It dosent even try. I really need to find out what is going on here. He has had the truck for 5 yrs now and has put loads of money in it and he needs something to plow with. We have 16 lots for this winter so this think needs to move now. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
