RWABS valve, needed or not?

How would you do this? Anyone have done this? Checked the e brake it is ok, so got to be that valve on the frame

Did you adjust them manually and try braking again?

Are you sure the adjusters are in the right way? Not doubting your abilities, just ruling out all possibilities.
