Running lights wire

I have been slowly working on my 1986 f350. Working on my light issues right now. I got the head lights working but no running lights. So I have done some tracing and reading. Finally found the culprit but I can't find where this brown wire is supposed to plug in at. This wire comes from the headlight switch connects to a few others under the dash then to a plug. Any ideas of where I should be looking

the clip in #2 looks alot like my top cab light connector.
