Return Regulator Mod

I've been planning on doing the conversion to the return regulator system. I found a local supplier who will sell me an adjustable regulator (from 39-90 psi, I know 65 psi is the ideal for the T444E), and all of the fittings. I need to find out what the approximate gallons-per-hour that the regulator needs to handle. My other question was what potential snags should I be aware of? This truck is my daily driver at the moment, so I need to be able to do the project all at once without going out for one fitting, etc.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Anyone?

I completed the pre pump/in tank mods a few days ago, and the engine's operation has slowly improved. Much smoother acceleration from 1400-2000rpm.

and one other question...just wondering on a recommendation for a pre pump fuel filter.
