The internet sure is a great tool. Here's what hoopes I have jumped through with it today. To solve this Bronco title issue, I have to have a letter notarized. To get the letter notarized, I need to get John (the guy who gave me the truck) from Maryland, and me in front of a notary. John is big into antique tractors, and is very hard to get a hold of. I want to get this done real quick before my claim in Stan Saylor's office (state rep) cools off, so I'm hot on John's tale to make this work. I call him. He was at an auction today, and will be at another one tomorrow. So, I can't get him to a notary. I track down this auction he is going to on the internet. I get the address. Then I track down a notary who lives nearby. I convince the notary that she likes tractors, and now it looks like at 8:30 tomorrow, I'll have a guy from Maryland, a Notary from York and myself all in Manchester to do 30 seconds worth of paperwork. I'll then drop the letter off at Stan Saylors office on my way home. Ye haa!

Good job. I know John was a little "cool" to your whole issue. I'm not blaming him or you, just a hastle for all involved. I never heard from him so I guess he did not find any green paint cheap. (that he is telling me about)

BTW- I have all of the documents to become a notary. I need a 3 hr course before I can submit the paperwork. (Actually i need the $60 for the course before I can submit the paperwork to be signed by a fine member of our state government so I can then pay $40 to apply.) The Mrs. thinks it is a good idea.

Well, I won't need an inspection sticker for that to be possible, but it would be nice to be able to drive it down there. Eric, I think PA will be a lot happier with a PA notary. I should have just tried to do all this underhandedly. Now I know why crime pays. LOL
