PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Check the breather vent on your differential. On every truck I've had (5x so far), that vent has been clogged. It killed the pinion seal and bearings on my '09, caused the '91 to dribble out of the axle hub seal, and the '92 to leak out of the pinion seal. Any blockage of that vent causes pressure to build up until it finds the easiest way out, which is usually a seal that's a pain to replace.
Here it is, on the passenger side of your rear differential... the hose should run up to a clip on the frame:

Carnage!
THE $10 FIX:
- 2 feet of 5/16 hose
- 5/16 inlet carb fuel filter
Attach hose to fitting, and carb fuel filter to the other end of the hose. Use your factory clip or zip ties to attach to the frame rail, ensuring the hose has slack for suspension movement.
