ok i need some help with my power windows i when to test out hook them up and yes i hade to cut therm to fit threw threw the hole cause mine dint op come with power so the hole in the body wasn't big enough and i rather cut wires then my trucks body up i'm currently swapping out wiring harness and i ran in to this problem i have a short in a ground wire its black with a white strip dose any one know where it goes to

simple there a short in the pdl and pw system the black wire with a white strip is hot. found that when i went to hook it i had to cut the wires to get them to fit in the hole in the cab do u know where that black wire goes it would help me instead of going blind.
