possible tps failure?

I left church this morning and on the drive home my truck started "bucking". Ive attached a link showing this

If you think its the transmission, check to see if your O/D light is flashing on the shifter stalk. Flashing means there's a fault code. Pull codes and see what is going on

no flashing od light as of right now, but i have pulled codes 23 26 and 67 in the past

also, It doesn't have this problem when at wot, however the tach does show idling. When I turned off overdrive, It turned itself back on too

Next time it does it, pop it into neutral and see if the engine still surges. This will isolate if its a transmission issue, or an engine issue. No flahsing O/D light and how it is surging makes me believe it may have sucked an air pocket.
