I've been playing with the Borg Warner Matchbot, trying to set up a compressor/turbin combo that will give decent low end boost for an IDI.

I'm not sure that my picks for the inputs are realistic, but I like the results, sort of. Obviously, the model doesn't take into account how our pumps deliver less fuel as the RPM increases.

Has anyone played with this and come up with anything interesting?

Here's what I've come up with so far:

Without a lot of solid lab work, the matchbot isnt really accurate since we don’t know what our bfsc and ve is going to be.

I'm not surprised. I wasn't planning to buy a turbo based on it, but I was trying to get a feel for what the design trade offs are.

It’s worth messing with at least to compare different turbos maps and compare them to a t04b h3 map.

For reference with my modded factory turbo with a 60-1 billet wheel and t350 turbine wheel took a factory turbo kit from 8 psi to 24.5 psi with a stock pump.
