Your other post about internal engine cleaning I thought you meant something like this, inside the cylinder.
Water/methanol injection mods have been talked about quite a bit here, they do a good job in many things, exhaust temps being a big one.
I don't have one, sometimes wish I did.

A water injection system is on my wish list too, I'm surprised to see petrol being injected though...I wonder if it will catch on like water/methanol injection has!

I have to admit I kinda breezed over the petrol part. I wonder if the added fuel would make exhaust temps run a little higher.
Alcohol has cooling effect when it evaporates, I guess most liquids do.
This could be a good topic to throw into the 7.3 IDI section.?
