Is the damage you want to repair in the fiberglass "hip" fender, or in the steel bedside it self?
The hip cam be swapped out (if you can find one). The bed side can also, that requires drilling out spot welds, removing the eide, adn then tacking it all back in. My opinion, if it's the sheet metal, swapping the bed would be easier.

Damage is in metal panel. The fender need fiberglass crack repair.
