OBS power steering line torque

Blew the pressure line on my power steering, looks like the fittings are very low torque and the line at the pump should swivel a little bit when installed? I tightened down just beyond finger tight with a wrench on both fittings and no leaks....leave as is?

Man, those things are junk. That's literally the only mode of failure I've heard/seen on that exact hose.
Shouldn't need to be too terribly tight.
