simplest is a meet-n-greet at a local diner with a large parking lot.
a planned weekend takes more work.
a rallye is a mejor undertaking.
i usually do a planned weekend. that's about the most kali people can handle.
your state isn't terribly huge, I lived n Shrewsberry for a half a year and drove to the Staten Island ferry docks for a daily commute into NYC.
putting something on in a central location "shouldn't" be much of a problem.

my area would probly be best. got a few guys out towards harrisburg, some north in scranton area, some south and you jersey people to the east. everyone i listed is within 2 hrs or so of me.
I doubt a newbie could get a gathering together haha.
