$8300, I'd say not too bad judging from the pics and figuring what the truck DOESN'T need. An E4OD would cure any trans issues and make for a highway cruiser for sure. I'm not downing a C6, I just don't think a diesel is suited to a non lock up TC and no OD for the most part.
