My fuel gage is not working

My gage is pegged on full so i dont know what is wrong i just got a new tank for the back thinking that would work but it still dosent. HELP

I'm not 100% sure, but if the gauge "pegs out" on full, I believe that is a ground issue. Check the back of you switch for a good connection too. Hope this helps.
