I have a 86 F-250 that I'm going to be restoring with in the next year or so. I would like to update the wiring from fuseable links to a fuse box and fuses. So my question is how do I figure out the right size fuses to replace the fuseable links. thanks for the help.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to do what you did, I'm very **** about things being done right. I also was wondering if I can make the truck run a single belt instead of all those v-belts. I would just have to change all the pulleys and and add tensioner right.

its called a serpentine setup and to my knowledge yes. It is convertible with the appropriate parts. You can prob do a search for it on here and find a bit more about it.
