Anybody know where I can get a manual for a 93 F-250 XL?

Haynes has one. You will need 2 actually, the one for the truck (for all body, frame, etc.) and the Diesel one that covers the differences for our motors (the diesel one covers Ford and GM). I believe I got mine at Kragen, Autozone, or Pep boys

I have the Haynes Diesel manual. It's ok. Honestly you'll learn more here. You'll only need that if you have to tackle an issue like the head gaskets or do a rebuild something where the torque values and sequence is crucial. If you could find a factory manual somewhere it might be better. If you go with Haynes you want the Haynes Diesel manual, covers the 6.9 and your 7.3 and the factory turbo 7.3s and PSD engines up to 97 with Ford and the GM 5.7, 6.2 and 6.5 and for teh truck itself the 80-96 Full Size and bronco manual.
