you still looking for the linkage? Do you have a picture of the linkage you are seeking? I have a E40D I pulled out of a 94 idi It may still be on it.

It's the transfer case linkage and the shifter for in the cab. I don't have any pics of the linkage

Shifter lever is gone. I'll check the linkage in a few days when I visit my in laws again. It's out at there house.
