Is this a good fuel pump?

Just looking to see if anyone has experience with this fuel pump. It is starting to sound like it is going out when it is below freezing it makes a whining sound.

I have had good luck with those pumps. I WILL use them again. They are fairly available and for a fair price. I keep a spare in the tool box of vehicles equipped with them. Never had a failure but IF I do.....not a big deal. Replace in 20min and keep rolling
