intercooler revmoval 04 6.0

hey all, im going to be doing some work on my buddies 04 6.0. the i/c has a crack in it so it has to be replaced. anyone have any good tips for removal? anything i should watch for. easiest way to get it out.... thanx alot

Never had mine out before, I'm thinking it should be a straight forward removal though. How'd he crack his IC?

i dunno haven't looked at it yet, haven't worked on a 6.0 yet haha..i was j/w if anyone had info on the removal.. make my life eaiser haha

pull the top of the rad support. 4 bolts or so on each side.
IC will slide up out
