Its time to update my rig, well not update but add on to. I have an 04 cummins and want put an air intake and exhaust on it. Looking for suggestions here. I tow a 3 horse GN trailer and want to increase my HP, torque and MPG, my MPG suck bad right now. Anyway, what do ya'll think I should do? Of course, without breaking the bank.

04redbeauty,

Give us a call, we can help you with the MBRP or AFE exhaust systems and the AFE intake systems as well. You'll get a quicker spooling turbo, better throttle response, lower EGT's and a higher MPG too!

AFE makes exhausts too? I didn't know that.

I have an S&B intake, and 4" pipe welded in where the cat and muffler used to be. I can offer you nothing but "it feels better than before". I didn't have gauges until recently and didn't have it dynoed, but it felt better and sounds better. Whether or not that's the best way to go, I can't say. And since I live in a different country, I can't give you much of an idea about cost (especially since I don't have the receipts for any of that stuff).
