TISK TISK TISK!!!!!!!

and I thought you were a HAPS member.

Yours sounds like my Chrimestopper I got. My runtime is programmable for 12,24,36,48 minutes.

for the manual I'm sure you will have to tap into the Ebrake light for safety reasons. The eBrake light would be a 12v supply trigger for the remote start relay.

The links I posted above will work now. I don't know why they didn't parse before.

Good luck.

So if all the info's available on the net,
why bother installing a security system?
Just in case the bad guys can't read instructions?
I drove tow truck for years,
and saw so many stolen cars
with imobilizers:rolleyes: ya right.
If any Tom, ****, or Harry can install it,
then your cousin Billy, or Uncle Jennifer
can disable it and drive away.
A kill switch and a $3 blinky light on the dash
works just as well as a $300 system.
Except you'll have to go out and turn a key
to start the beast.
That don't sound too hard. Got to go
out there sooner or later to get in and drive;p

The information is there for anyone to read, and if YOU had read it you would have known that this thread was started by Paul asking for assistance with installing a REMOTE STARTER, not a SECURITY SYSTEM. The next time you start to flame someone and act snooty and holier than thou, perhaps you should be talking about the same subject that he or she is talking about.

To quote you and your poor grammar, "That don't sound too hard."

I wasn't flaming anybody, so *&$% Off.
If you miss understood what I was saying,
that's understandable, it happens frequently on a computer,
and so does straying off topic.
I made my points because many people gain a false
sense of security from the remote starter that comes with an imobilizer.

**Please keep the techincal forums, technical. Thanks MP

Im weary of leaving my manuals in neutral so I can have a remote start. Specially with fords crappy parking break. Any thoughts on that?

Well in my PSD when the parking brake is on.......it won't move even when in gear and the truck running......it will almost die.

Besides most of the land down here is flat....never have to worry much about it rolling
