Can you use 94 to 97 7.3 PSD injector lines on the earlier 6.9 and 7.3 IDI's?
Nope NO PS parts that I know of are interchangeable with our IDI engines...sorry...

The above is true. The psd engines do not have any lines to the injectors. They run a high pressure oil to force the diesel into the injectors in a closed loop. The pressure is up above 20,000 lbs too.
