Okay so i called the local stealership and those idiots quoted me 89.99 apiece for g code injectors, seems like i remember hearing that they were cheaper on here. Where do you guys get the injectors from? Oh yeah and the parts "specialist" told me that he had never heard of g code injectors and that you couldn't put "turbo" injectors(as he called them) on a non turbo truck, or one with an aftermarket turbo for that matter.

Midwest Fuel Injection--- Heckter With Injecters or Diesel Injection Service. Try Ebay as posted but don't go with rebuild. A new set of Delphis are about $150.00 and they are fine. I use Stanadyne but they are hard to find anymore. I think they stopped making them. Anybody know for sure??? P.S. DO NOT BUY FROM DIESEL CARE....

Do the G code injectors really put out that much more fuel? I dont want to waste money on a set of injectors that are the same as my stock ones. Please help me out?!

The G code injecters have a higher pop off pressure to them. I don't think they put out much more fuel. The nozzle size is 17mm. The size of the pintle hole is 0.039. The new stock pop off pressure is 1875 psi = or - 75psi.. When the injecters opening pressures get down to 1425 psi its time to replace them. This is for the stock injecters and not for the G code injecters.

i think i am going to at least pop test mine and do the copper washers at least. i had one come loose when i had to blead the lines the other day and it wont tighten down all the way, it is loosing a wee bit o compression. so you want them at least 1425 for factory n/a?
