I need help routing this wiring harness.

For the life of me I cant figure out where the highlighted portion of this wiring harness goes. Everything Ive tried so far either gets in the way of the throttle or is too short and the connector at the end cant reach its wheel well connector. I know what all of the connectors go to, so I dont need help with that. I have been searching pictures and watching YouTube videos but haven't found what I needed yet.
If anyone has the same engine and could take a picture and post it here I would really appreciate it.
Its a 1994 f350 factory turbo.

Should be 2 p clamps and the ip gear housing bolts should have studs for said p clamps. Kind of goes over the top of the pump, but behind the gear housing itself. Least thats how my dad's 94 f250 stock turbo went.

This is correct. The two long bolts are the ones with the studs on top. The red highlighted part needs to be moved forward.

Ok I figured it out finally. Took a break and worked on other parts of the truck for the last couple weeks. Someone had electrical taped the yellow highlighted wire into the rest of the glow plug harness. When the did that they shortened other parts of the harness, the highlighted blue wire. That shortened part of the wire harness was what keeping me from properly routing the rest of the harness.
