the Toureg, that's a pretty nice ride for a diesel- good fuel mileage

I don't think you can get a Passat that is Diesel AND 4 motion. You can get one or the other but I don't think you can combine them for some reason which is too bad. That would be a geat car.

I said that because they had a car come in on pimp my ride that the body was glued together with L/N and duct tape covered it...LMAO... What part of a jetta or passat it metal these days...

I own multiple VW's, from a 1981 Caddy Diesel LX to a 2004 Jetta station wagon TDI. All are diesel. And, yes, all have cheesy plastic on the interiors and the newer ones, exterior as well. Like most plastic stuff, cold, pot holes, snow and road construction cause problems. However, I will say for the VW, the drive train and body, minus the pretty stuff, will last forever. The 81 caddy has over 750,000 miles on it.
