I'm sure they were "new"...at one time.
I'm pretty sure Delphi, Stanadyne, Bosch, or whoever made those injectors did not put a nice ring of IH grey pain in the middle of those injectors at the factory.
The guy's a sucker and really thought they were new or he's a liar. My guess the dude's full of it!
