headlights flicker.

My headlights flicker approx 20 seconds after I put it on high beams. I thought at first my dimmer switch might be faulty, so I switched it out, didnt fix it. I am sure somebody else here has had this issue. I would think if the headlight switch itself was bad, it would flicker with low beams also, but maybe not? I dont feel like ripping my dash apart to find where all of the wires run through unless I have to.

It could be just a faulty ground, but I too had this flickering problem when my headlights had been on for a duration.

My fix was an LMC heavy duty headlight harness. Details can be found in a recent thread I posted in where another user reported similar issues:
