My 08 dodge headlights flicker or pulse while driving.
Cleaned the battery post and terminals
Load tested the batteries, good
Alternator is at 14.1v

Haven’t taken apart the dimmer switch yet

Any suggestions?

Check the voltage at the headlight bulb plug.

Check the alternator for AC ripple.

Does this occur on a smooth highway or a washboard gravel road...?

Does it occur right away as soon as you turn on the lights or does it take awhile to manifest itself...?

Is this a consistent problem or does it come and go..?

We had an 08 Tahoe about 10 years ago that would do that. Alternator replacement would fix it for 6-8 months at a time, never stayed fixed though. I always had a suspicion that it was caused by the voltage regulator.

I also had something similar happen on my 83 idi, it was more of a pulsating of the headlights though. It was caused by the voltage regulator.

It happens after driving for a while , not if I turn the headlights on in the driveway.
Voltage at the headlight looks fine
I’ll look into testing at the regulator
