the guy has it listed for the bw1345 but the unit really is adaptable for the BW1356 too. I'm not about to educate him on it due to the price point. somebody go knock yourself out

just for those who are curious, the only way for a GV to fit on a 1345, is to use the back case off a 1356. I just sold a GV that was on the back of a 1345 and had a up close and personal look at the adapter. It was cast "for 1356" on the side. The front side of the transfer case was undoubtedly a 1345. There was no wacky shift linkage on it

It sure would be nice to know if it was a P of J type box. Its probably an eary model. Otherwise I would be traveling right now to Santa Rosa.... Road trip..

So you can bolt up a GV made for a 1356 by bolting on a 1356 rear T-case cover to a 1345? And it bolts right up? 1345's is what normaly on our trucks right? I remember my rear cover was one giant cast piece.

When you buy a GV for a 1345, it comes with a GV cast 1356 transfer case cover.
